| 1. Welcome to Stepping Up | Tuesday, 15 September 2026 | This live webinar marks the beginning of the Stepping Up leadership journey. Participants will be introduced to the Self → Role → Context framework that underpins the programme and explore what leadership means to them personally and professionally. The session will help participants understand the purpose and structure of the programme, reflect on their leadership aspirations, and begin developing greater awareness of their own leadership identity. |
| 2. Check-in & Consolidation | Wednesday, 28 October 2026 | A milestone session that brings together learning from the self-paced modules Getting Clarity and Awareness. Through peer reflection, discussion, and shared experiences, participants consolidate their understanding of values, beliefs, and leadership mindset while exploring one of the defining challenges of early leadership: leading people. The session also examines the transition from colleague to leader and the implications this has for relationships and leadership practice. |
| 3. Your Leadership in Practice | Thursday, 26 November 2026 | The final live webinar focuses on applying learning in real school contexts. Participants bring genuine leadership challenges, engage in peer coaching, and reflect on their growth throughout the programme. The session also introduces the transition from leading individuals to leading teams and prepares participants for the final phase of the programme, including leadership legacy and portfolio development. |
