Elevating Educators is a professional learning webinar series hosted by AISL Academy, bringing together teachers from our 11 schools to share their best practices and innovative approaches. This is a unique opportunity for educators to learn from one another and celebrate creative teaching strategies.
Why just learn when you can collaborate?
These webinar series go beyond presentations; they are interactive spaces, allowing both learners and speakers to engage, respond, and actively share knowledge, ensuring that the sessions go beyond knowledge sharing to foster meaningful collaboration among teachers.

Student-Centred Teaching: Using the Spectrum of Teaching Styles
This webinar explores how teachers can intentionally design learning experiences that place students at the centre of their own learning journey. Drawing on the Spectrum of Teaching Styles and Bloom’s Taxonomy, we will examine practical strategies for moving towards a more constructivist approach in the classroom.
The focus will be on supporting learners to operate at the higher levels of thinking—analysis, evaluation, and creation—by being purposeful with our teaching methods. Participants will leave with clear, actionable ideas for embedding student-centred approaches into their own practice.
