Leigh Hoath
Professor of Science Education at Leeds Trinity University | Chair of the Association for Science Education | Co-Founder, Climate Adapted Pathways for Education (CAPE)
Leigh was the Chair of the Association for Science Education and is currently editor of their journal Primary Science. Leigh is an author of science education and professional studies book publications, as well as the editor of the journal Practice: Contemporary Issues in Education.
Heena Dave
ESRC-funded PhD Researcher, University of Stirling | Co-Founder, Climate Adapted Pathways for Education (CAPE) | Former Science Teacher & Head of Department
Heena’s career spans environmental research, teaching, and programme design. She has worked as a flood warning engineer and research manager at the Environment Agency and as a science teacher, head of department, and co-author of Cracking Key Concepts in Secondary Science. At the Teacher Development Trust and Ambition Institute, she led the design of professional development for school leaders, deepening her commitment to equity in education.
