Why Join the Learning Challenge
AISL Academy invites schools across our community to take part in a three-month, school-wide learning challenge designed to:
- Strengthen a culture of continuous professional learning
- Encourage collective participation across roles and teams
- Celebrate shared commitment and achievement
This is more than completing courses; it’s about learning together and growing stronger as a school.
How the Learning Challenge Works
- Campaign period: Monday, 12th January – Tuesday, 31st March 2026
- How schools participate: Staff complete CPD through AISL Academy eLearning courses and webinars.
- How schools are ranked: Schools are ranked based on average CPD completion per staff member, ensuring fairness across schools of different sizes.
- Recognition: The top three schools will be recognised and awarded an AISL Academy plaque for their commitment to professional growth.
Stay Motivated Along the Way
To keep momentum high throughout the campaign, we will support you with:
- Regular leaderboard updates so you can track your school’s progress.
- Course and webinar recommendations to guide and support learning.
- Ongoing communication to help schools stay engaged and motivated.
Every update is designed to keep learning visible, purposeful, and rewarding.
