  • AISL Academy reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrolment immediately upon discovery of any breach of this provision.
  • AISL Academy also reserves the right to pursue legal action, including claims for damages or injunctive relief, for any infringement of its intellectual property rights.

6. Cancellations and Termination

  • AISL Academy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend a programme where necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance.
  • AISL Academy may terminate a participant’s enrolment for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to misuse of the learning platform or breach of intellectual property rights.
  • Termination does not affect AISL Academy’s right to recover any fees due or exercise any other rights accrued prior to termination.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

AISL Academy will collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By enrolling, participants agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to participate in online sessions. AISL Academy will provide reasonable technical support but is not liable for individual connectivity issues.

Participants must keep their AISL Academy login credentials confidential and must not share them with any other person. Access rights are strictly personal and linked to the individual account. Any use by third parties through shared credentials is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. AISL Academy reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrolment immediately upon discovery of any breach of this provision.

12. Assignment

Participants may not transfer their enrolment or rights under these Terms and Conditions without prior written consent from AISL Academy.

14. Programme-Specific Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all professional development programmes offered by AISL Academy. In addition, certain programmes may have specific terms and conditions that apply exclusively to that programme. 16. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
  • Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between AISL Academy and the participant, superseding any prior arrangements or understandings.
  • AISL Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the AISL Academy website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
